I am so thankful that you are doing this. Menopause scares and confuses me and brings back traumatic memories of starting my period. Thankful that you are paving the way for us to have a more easful, perhaps even magical, experience.

It is truly a deep honor and pleasure! And yes, more easeful is key.

Here's some early promo copy:

With a vision of a world where genderqueer and trans individuals navigating menopause feel seen, heard, and supported, this book provides practical tools, heartfelt insights, and a safe, inclusive space for self-discovery and empowerment. Genderqueer Menopause stems from a passionate commitment to offering unwavering support and guidance tailored to the unique needs of genderqueer folx.

My personal journey, fueled by the absence of relevant resources, culminated in a transformative mission to fill this void. Genderqueer Menopause challenges conventional narratives surrounding menopause, advocating for gender- and sexuality-affirming care that respects and honors individual identities. Genderqueer Menopause is part of a movement towards greater visibility, acceptance, and celebration of gender diversity within the menopause conversation. It emphasizes the importance of holistic care that acknowledges the intersectionality of gender, sexuality, and the menopause experience.
